Effective December 2010, our general meetings are on a bimonthly schedule, usually the last Monday of odd-numbered months. Members and community members are strongly encouraged to attend our general meetings.

Effective December 2010, our board meetings are also on a bimonthly schedule, usually the last Monday of even-numbered months. Members and community members are welcome to attend our board meetings if they wish to observe or speak with board members on matters that are important to them.
